LAW-638 - Employment Law

Prerequisites: Law 214A/B: Civil Procedure and Skills

This course in Employment Law will provide students with historical insights and practical, realworld understanding of how employees are protected by local, state, and federal governments. Students will focus on laws that are being litigated in today’s society. Students will gain critical thinking and analysis skills. Students will interact with peers to foster connections and tackle employment issues just as they would in a law firm.
