SWR-455 - Generalist Practice II

Semester Credits: 3 Weeks: 8

This course continues the study of generalist social work by integrating theory and practice for implementing the Generalist Intervention Model with groups, organizations, and communities. Theories, concepts, and ethical models are presented as a framework for equity-focused generalist social work intervention at the mezzo and macro levels. Engagement, assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, termination, and follow-up with groups, organizations, and communities will be explored.
