This course is an introduction to the role of leadership in managing change and responding to organizational crises. As a leader, you will analyze strategies for managing change as a constant state, evaluate situations for potential crises, and develop proactive approaches for crisis management. Effective communication strategies are key to successfully leading through these situations.
