LAW-418 - Professional Responsibility

Semester Credits: 2 Weeks: 10

Professional Responsibility is designed to provide the student with an overview of their ethical obligations and the rules governing those obligations (both the Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the California Rules of Professional Conduct. At the end of this course the student will have a solid foundation of the ethical rules governing the profession and will be prepared to study for both of the required exams (the MPRE and the California Bar Exam). Additionally, the class will utilize quizzes and essays to allow the student to practice applying their knowledge in questions formatted similarly to both the MPRE a well as the California Bar Exam.
