Nonprofit leaders engage in strategic management to navigate through dynamic internal and external environments and serve their stakeholders. In this course, you will explore the purpose and process of strategic management to analyze the leadership and planning that needs to be done, explain viable ways to do the work, and determine how the accomplishment of goals can be measured.
